"Kenyan government to roll out Sh 2.1b ICT project" - Kenya Times Newspaper

Perhaps this will include Sagam?

This is good news and the villagers at Sagam cannot wait for this development. It is currently very difficult to access e-mails in the village. Despite installation of an exchange at Sagam, the telephoneland lines rarely work and when they do, the speed is just too slow. JAMBONET, the ISP run by the state, is trying to address the situation. This will, however, not succeed until the land lines are more reliable or wireless satelite connections are in place. This is our prayer.
